I came across this information on line quite some time ago. It is from the Arkansas Census 1819-1870 as stated below. Most of this information is confirmed by an Arkansas Land Record of a Stokely Long, issued also in 1839 of which I have a copy from the BLM. I have looked forever and cannot find the Arkansas Census 1819-70. Does anyone know where I might find this or is there anyone that may have access to this tax list; perhaps from a local library there? I would really appreciate a lookup - this is the next step in my brick wall.
