She was born March 31 1864 in Baxter Co Arkansas the daughter of Sid Hulsey and Katheryn Green. Survived by son Forest Estes and grandchildren who she raised after death of their mother--Alta (Tuckness) Jean Charrick Marlow Green buried Mtn Home Cem with pallbearers; Isaac Watts, Bert Lance, Roy Pyeatt, J D Dryer, Kenneth Ussery, and Otis Gardner information was confirmed by living family member as being correct as to the g-children of Belle and the old age at which she died.
