Grandmother, Mary Jane NORMAN was born in Baxter County 20 Oct 1863 to Green H. NORMAN and Eliza ROSEN. She was married to Christopher Columbus TICER in 1878.They lived in the Big Flats and Lone Rock areas and had several children, several of whom died there at birth or shortly thereafter between 1879 and 1904. I have searched the cemeteries listed on the web site and can find none of them listed. Perhaps someone can help me. Their children were: #1 Sarah Carolyn TICER b 1879 and married Jessie J. MERRILL #2 Charlota Anna TICER born 1881 and died as baby #3 John Henson TICER1882 died as baby #4 Anna A. TICER 1885 and married GEORGE LAWRENCE #5 Alen Oscar TICER born 1887 and died as baby. #6 Carley Arvel TICER born 1890 and married Daisy DOSHIER #7 Elbert Eugene TICER 1892 #8 Lenora TICER 1895 married James Daniel MEARS #9 Dorothy TICER 1898 and married Tommy A. JONES #10 Olen TICER 1900 #11 Ethel Irene TICER 1904 and married Victor H. BERRY.

I just got home today--went to KS., to visit, fell and broke BOTH ankles, and had to have surgery on one ankle--got the stitches out yesterday, and I'm home for a few days, before I have to go back to the doctor in KS.
