    3. I couldn't find Jim Sinor in 1920 Arkansas, so felt sure > that he had already moved on the Oklahoma for good. Even after your posting > it, I can not find him on Heritage at all - as a matter of fact; I see no > household #351 at all. > Do I need help here or what? Yep ! It is the second family down on that Whiteville page. I might not have seen it if the index hadn't said it was there somewhere. They are between Marshall 1st family listed on the page and Cook 3rd family on page. > I knew that if I found these records, that it would tell me a great deal. > With Jim Sinor having his young daughter; Lougilla in 1920 - this tells me > that MAYBE her mother; Mary Reeves could have died between April and October > of that 1920 year? Heck, maybe Mary's father; Frederick Reeves died, too? Since my marriages only go to 1920 I couldn't check for a marriage for Lougilla. Did check the newspapers to see if there was something mentioned. Nov 3, 1905 Mrs Alice Reeves w/o Fred Reeves died, buried Gassville Cemetery F. A. Reeves 57 m. 11 Apr 1907 Mrs Mary Gilliland 45 Was there "2" Mary Reaves / Reeves ?? > The stepson in 1920, is Ulysses David "Les" Gilliland and as far as I can > tell, he did not married until 1928 - when he married Lillie Ellen Duck. I > show one daughter for this union - Mary Zelda Gilliland and then nothing > further. > > The little girl -Lougilla Sinor. I would dearly love to know what happened > to her. The children that Jim Sinor had with two different women; Harriet > York and Mary Reeves, has been a bit hard to decipher. But, it looks as > though Mary was the mother of Elmer (b1902), Lougilla (1906) and a Verrena > (b1909). I am supposing that Verrena was deceased by 1920...........but, > Elmer? > > Vera, I know that I ask you this all the time and can never find in my pile > on this desk - but, what is the URL for the Baxter Co. cemeteries? I think > I might need to see if these children died before 1920 and their mother in > 1910? Or Frederick Reeves, too. Do you mind? http://www.rootsweb.com/~arcemete/arcem.htm There are Reeves buried in the Gassville Cemetery but if the Alice mentioned above is there her stone is marked or readable now. > Now, the 1930 census is a REAL keeper! This tells me that Will Sinor was > hangin' with his brother; Jim in Mayes Co., in 1930. Did his third wife > die? Or another divorce for Will? There was a # 134 William H. Sinor 35 AR n Saline, Mayes County, OK in 1920. Had wife Mary C. 32 and children from 14 to 1/12. All the children born in AR but the baby. Who was he ????? I know more questions.
