F." NOE on the Izard List. William Foster NOE, b. 30 September 1869 at Pineville, Izard, Arkansas, d. 8 February 1907, when "Gunshot by Austin BAKER," in Baxter County, Arkansas. Dr. NOE married Ella HODGES on 19 December 1889. Ella was born abt. 1870 and died abt. 1952. Ella was "of Pineville, Izard County, Arkansas. Page 16 February 26, 1904 Issue: DEATH: Baby of Dr. & Mrs. W. F. NOE, Tuesday. March 4, 1904 Issue: CARD OF THANKS: Dr. & Mrs. Ella NOE -- death of baby. According to "Of Grave Importance," page 194, this infant is buried at Mountain Home Cemetery, Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas.
