Hi all Oh, but it appears that I have an update on the Will Sinor line. Found just a real interesting 1920 census record, I think - that tells me that I might should have been looking for Lorena Twombley Sinor in Carroll Co., Arkansas; instead of Kansas? 18 April 1910 Searcy Co., Arkansas census, Wiley's Cove Township: SINOR, William E. head M W 39 md/2 4 yrs AR TN TN #80/98 Lorena E. wife F W 19 md/1 4 yrs 1/1 AR IA OH Eugene J. son M W 2 single AR AR AR I was told that Lorena left Will Sinor and "ran off" to Kansas with a Bert Owens. Also, I was told that there was a child; Ruby that she took with her. First of all - where did Lorena leave Eugene (from 1910)? With his father, maybe? But, searching last night - I found Lorena back in her mother's Twombley home; with what appears to be not only a Sinor daughter named Ruby; but one named Hazel? Or was this Bert Owens' daughter? And look where Bert Owens is in 1920? 06 January 1920 Carroll Co., Arkansas census, Praire Township: TWOMBLY, Hattie head F W 52 widow OH OH OH #101/111 Charlie son M W 15 single MO France OH Ray son M W 12 single AR France OH SINOR, Lee daughter F W 29 divorced AR France OH SINOR, Ruby daughter F W 6 single AR AR AR SINOR, Hazel daughter F W 5 single AR AR AR 13 January 1920 Marion Co., Kansas census, Marion City: MILLER, Theodore M. F W 34 married MO England MO Mabel J. daughter F W 11 single KS KY MO HOBEIN, Charles C. boader M W 38 single KS IL IL OWENS, Bert boarder M W 34 single AR US US Now, I would love to know what happened to Lorena Twombley Sinor Owens (was there an Owens marriage at all?) and this little girl named Hazel? Did she carry the Sinor name or was she an Owens? Interesting, isn't it? I think I might need to explore Carroll Co., don't you? Anyone know a thing about area Owens families?
