Beth, Thank you so much for your speedy reply. I don't think my Grandpa had reletatives in AR before about 1910 or so. He had several brothers but I think they all stayed in AL. Can't ever tell it might have been someone in an earlier generation who came to AR. I am just beginning to find out about my Burke family and it is quite interesting and also a challenge.
