Hi list, I am looking for an obituary on Richard Franklin Hooper of Franklin County. He died 19 July 1900 in Ozark and is buried at Highland Cemetery in Ozark. I'm told there are no surviving copies of the local newspapers for that time, so my only hope is one from a broader circulation. Richard served two terms as a State Representative from Franklin County, so I'm hoping that was enough to give his death some mention somewhere. He was Methodist Episcopal.
