I have several of her books and am very pleased with what is in them. I could never have found the information I have from these books. The indexes led me to the right books. A great work has been done here and some people just don't know how to appreciate what has been done. Fran posted the indexes to help others. Posted a few articles from that work. A genealogists treasure. Now, there are those that are offended by what she is trying to accomplish. She wants to help but doesn't want to offend. Posting the indexes help a great many, while offending a few. What would you do if you were in her shoes, sacrifice the help for the offense or keep on offending those offended. If I were her, I would keep on posting them and not worry about those offended because evidently they are not interested in the same thing we are that are trying to find information. Maybe they already have the information and is not sharing After all, isn't that what these lists are all about. I give THREE CHEERS for Fran. Keep up the good and worthwhile work.
