Arkansas Gazette 07 Dec 1976 State Sen. Virgil Fletcher of Benton and several others filed suit in Pulaski Chancery Court, alleging that the phasing out of the Benton Unit of the State Hospital was illegal and seeking an injunction to stop removal of patients.
