In Peter W. Coldham's works, whose title I neglected to write down, I found reference to Clemant Applegate. "On 1662 24 Nov the following apprenticed in Bristol: Clemant Applegate to Edward Fielding, 4 years Virginia." Anybody know anything more about him? Tony Appelget
