I have been searching the birth of my grandfather Turley Cooper, born 4-26-1902,adopted by Edward and Nettie Cooper of Campbell Co. KY,later Greenup Co. KY. The reason I ask is that the rumor always was that Turley came from the APPLEGATES. Do you know any APPLEGATES that may have any info on him? Thanks.
