    3. I am connected to Catherine Applegate m. abt 1790 to Samuel Liming in New Jersey/PA. Samuel b. 4 Feb 1753 in PA and died 22 Sep 1834 in Colerain Twp, Hamilton Co, OH. He was the son of Henry Liming and Sarah Delaplaine, of NJ! Catherine Applegate b. abt 1760 (NJ/PA/NY) was the daughter of Richard Applegate b. 1745, Middlesex, NJ and died Nov 1800 Kentucky. Mother Kate Wiggins b. abt 1745, possibly NJ and d. 1779 in Kentucky. Note: some say Catherine Wiggen birth. abt 1725 of, Albany, NY. Richard Applegate's father was Benjamin Applegate b. 1685, probably NJ; d. May 1753 unknown now! Richard's mother Elizabeth Morford b. abt 1700 d. bef 23 Feb 1753. Some info states Richard Applegate b. 1721 marriage 1757 of, Albany, NY! Benjamin Applegate's fther was Thomas Applegate I think from England to America and mother was Johanna Gibbons! Elizabeth Morford's father was John Morford, of NJ and mother Margaret Frazer of NJ! I am also interested in where they end of the Applegates in ILL; kids to where? For Richard: d. Nov 1800 Scott, Kentucky! Also his wife Kate Wiggins. I am connected to Catherine Liming b. 1805, (she is my GGGrandma; m. 1833 John Hammond b. 1806 Ireland! They owned and lived on a farm in Millstone Twp, Monmouth County, NJ. I know them and the info from them to me! But I am just going beyond Catherine to her folk: Samuel Liming and Catherine Applegate b. abt 1754, NY or PA and died 1806 Hamilton, Illinois! I cannot locate anything in Illinois on the Liming/Applegates; just that people know they left NJ/NY and many went west after the Revolution and after the Civil War. Probably after the War of 1812! I will keep your e-mail and be back to you if and when I learn more!
