To son George Bee, bedding and $300 when of age, if he dies before becoming of age, to my children, John Mowers, Eliza Remster, Margaret APPLEGATE, Joseph Mowers and Catherine Mowers. To my youngest dau., Catharine Mowers and my grandson Adam.M. Couch, each a house and land at Allowaystown, the latter house where Enoch APPLEGATE lives, my dau. Margaret APPLEGATE to have use of same during life. To granddau. Elizabeth B. Mowers, land in Allowaystown, her parents to have use of same during life.
