My husband's aunt had an old photo postcard of a small girl (about 6 years old) holding a doll. Written on the postcard was "Celesta Applegate, New York City, NY, Nov. 5, 1911." On the back, the studio name is printed: Bachelor Studio, 419 Sixth Ave., New York City. I do not know of any connection to her (our branch is more midwest), so if anyone can tell me anything about Celesta, or would like to see the picture, please respond. Thank you.
