He married about 1620 in Norfolk, England to: Elizabeth Mary WALL, born 1604 in Norfolk, England. Thomas died between 1656 - 1662 in Gravesend, Breukelen, Niew Nederland Colony. (I love this part, as I have living Italian relatives who grew up in Gravesend Bay, Brooklyn, New York. Gravesend Bay is next to Coney Island. So they never changed the name, just Anglicized the spelling.) Elizabeth Mary died 1674 in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and is interred at Old Dutch Cemetery in Middlesex County, New Jersey. I show that they had at least, two sons: Thomas B. APPLEGATE born about 1632 in Gravesend, Breukelen, Niew Nederland Colony.
