Well! I am descended via Benjamin Applegate (1686) NJ; son Richard Applegate (1733); who's dghtr Catherine Applegate (1764) m. Samuel Liming (1753) their daughter Catherine Liming (1805) m. John Hammond (1806 Ireland) their daughter Deborah Hammond (1826) m. James A Wilson (1823 Scotland) in New Jersey and their son Lemuel G Wilson (1859) m. first Eliza Rockhill and she died young in childbirth and he then m. Lydia Rockhill (1853) a widow with one child Ethan Fay and they then had: Edwin Wilson and Clarence L Wilson (1892) m. Ethel Brocklebank (1896) and their son James C Wilson (1916) m. Living Louquet! Hi all A month or three ago there was a list of Applegate immigrants posted. What made this posting unique was that it listed Applegates who were not descended from First Tom the Terrible. They were subsequent emmigrants and some of them were of non-English origin. Alas, I lost that list along with a whole bunch of other stuff. Would the sender please send me a replacement copy.
