I have a female Raley/Riley that had been married to an Apperson in possibly OH. In a probate for a James Raley/Riley there was mention of a child by the name of Apperson. I am assuming that this female had passed by the time this Raley/Riley family rfeached Clay Co, IL. The parents of this family were John Raley/Riley born abt 1787 NC & Catherine born abt 1795 MD. John & Catherine had five sons and one daughter that reached Clay Co, IL. Vesta Ann Raley/Riley born IN was married to a Davis Foster in Clay Co, IL.
