I *think* in trying to find an answer I also read that Kaspersky's website mentioned AOL's security in a favorable light. My suggestion is to go to the AOL Safety and Security center and follow the directions. Sharon suggested this to me last night and it was done almost immediately. If I understood the instructions, *anyone* can. Good luck Virgene Did you have a Firewall and Anti-Virus running while downloading AOL's Safety & Security Center. If you did, please tell me how. I have tried twice while running Zone Alarm and Avanta and they blocked AOL's S&S from loading or something. I got an error message when the download finished and I could not find the download on my computer. Lloyd
