Two accounts are not necessary. We will have three computers operating at the same time and all on the internet. And yes, my husband can be on AOL while I am using IE with no problem. When you are both on AOL, are you using different screen names? Is he trying to get onto your screen name and THEN trying to access IE? With Comcast as your IP, you do not need AOL to access Internet Explorer. Good Luck.
