His response was that it was not my fault. I told him I already knew that. That it has happened every time RootsWeb changed services. That many people felt forced to get other than AOL addresses so they could receive their mail. Then asked if I could read him a paragraph concerning this loss of mail. He said yes. So I read him the entire Help Desk paragraph. When I was through he said he would and that he did send a report on it. I hope you receive this letter and much thanks for all you do!
