Thanks to several of you who have made suggestions as to how I can find out whether my change to $9.95 did indeed go through. HOWEVER, it doesn't matter what I click on to try to access my account, whether it's My Account on the Welcome screen, Help on the toolbar, Help in Keywords -- I don't get there. I either get into the aforementioned loop, or I get Can't Locate Server (this one really puzzles me. If AOL IS my server, does this mean it can't find itself???), or Page Cannot be Displayed etc. Also AOL freezes, 10-15 times a day or simply closes, as in *blink* it's gone. This happens when I try to open mail, switch screen names, any little thing will make it go off. I'm sure it's utterly coincidental with my changing to the cheaper rate but it does look suspicious . . . Oh, and I've rebooted the computer several times but that didn't help either. I'm a long-term subscriber, 15 years or more, and I've never experienced anything like this, not even in the early years. Does this sound like a software corruption? Is anyone else having this kind of difficulty? And if so, and if it might be a regional thing, I'm in Columbia, MO. Needless to say, this is driving me nuts. Especially when I'm in the middle of a hot genealogy site and it shuts down! Vanette
