    1. AOL Announcement - FAQ
    2. In AOL's list of Frequently Asked Questions #3. leaves me wondering .... "3. What Don't I Get for Free? There will still be a monthly charge to use AOL to connect to the Internet, and we will offer several reliable and affordable options, on both dial-up and broadband. These options will include access to our 24/7 Live (telephone) Customer Support, which is not available with our free services. Additionally, we will offer various a la carte products and services, many of which we will announce this fall." They say they will offer several options ... I take that to mean more than two. And I do wonder what the "a la carte products and services" will be and how much they will cost us. In some places they say the changes will take place in September and here they use the word Fall which takes us a little farther into the year. And why do I feel as if I, as a dial-up user, will be paying the bill for anyone else who will be able to use AOL at no cost? Gail Vacaville, CA
