    2. ev, I installed the AOL Internet and Security on my computer, except I had just tried to install Norton's AntiVirus which would not activate and I had no intention of paying a fee to talk to a technician -- I had all ready tried getting the answer from Symantec's website, and reading other people's comments who were having the same problem. I *think* in trying to find an answer I also read that Kaspersky's website mentioned AOL's security in a favorable light. My suggestion is to go to the AOL Safety and Security center and follow the directions. Sharon suggested this to me last night and it was done almost immediately.
