Robin, You are absolutely correct and I apologize for not distinguishing my location when I have written. I think the problem is that the written messages from AOL do not say that this new policy just applies to the accounts in the U. S. Therefore, we make the erroneous assumption that it applies to all. And it may be just a matter of time before the policy spreads "across the big pond".
