However, the email messages asking us to evaluate recent tech help do not. And NOTHING from AOL will ever ask you for your password. As for any phishing emails, like spam, they are a part of the Internet and all you can do is delete them or report them. To report them to AOL, use the Forward feature (do not copy and paste the offending email) and send to TOSReports. You will probably not get back any response. Sharon
