I am also having a problem with AOL and Zone Alarm. I am using Windows XP Home and AOL 9.0 Optimized. A week ago the problem started. I have used Zone Alarm sucessfully for about a year. Everytime I connected to AOL I would be disconnected. At first I thought it was the DSL so called the Qwest tech. He decided that since the modem stayed on it had to a problem with AOL so transferred me to an AOL tech. After trying a restore the tech decided it had to be the ZoneAlarm firewall and had me disconnect that. That has solved the problem of staying on AOL but now I don't have a firewall. What is a better solution? Or is there a firewall that will "play nice" with AOL? I use Norton AntiVirus and have not activated the McAffee features of AOL. Thank you for any suggestions. Liz
