For errors such as these go Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Event Viewer and open the 'Application' event log. Displayed in the Application event log you will see a detailed list of events: Information, Warnings and Errors. Right click any errors and select 'Properties' and determine if they are related to your problem (AOL should get a mention). If you are unsure then replicate the error and take note of the exact time the error took place and then go back to the event log and look for any new errors that relates to the time that your replicated error took place. If you're successful in loccating the log for your error, then you are now armed with everthing you need when contacting AOL for a fix. To copy the error log, click the command button that displays an image of two files on it (this will copy the error log), then open notepad and paste the details and save the file. HTH Jerry.
