Hi list, For some time now I have subscribed via dial-up with one annual payment in January for unlimited use. This costs me about $240 per year. I am confused whether I can instantly save money by changing to the unlimited dial up plan which is apparently $9.95. This would require me to be credited for the unused balance remaining until next January. Or, do I have to wait until next January to change my plan. I would still want to do one payment per year.
