A week ago the problem started. I have used Zone Alarm sucessfully for about a year. Everytime I connected to AOL I would be disconnected. At first I thought it was the DSL so called the Qwest tech. He decided that since the modem stayed on it had to a problem with AOL so transferred me to an AOL tech. After trying a restore the tech decided it had to be the ZoneAlarm firewall and had me disconnect that. That has solved the problem of staying on AOL but now I don't have a firewall. What is a better solution? Or there a firewall that will "play nice" with AOL? I use Norton AntiVirus and have not activated the McAffee features of AOL. Thank you for any suggestions. Liz My problem is AOL 9.0 security Edition, McAffee firewall, and Quick Links III fax on a Computer with Windows ME . It's funny that we're having very similar problems tho<G>. I agree I want something to play nice with my AOL. And anyone know where to get QuickLinksIII software to replace what disappeared????? Sharonmc2002
