I received my bill for my yearly subscription day before yesterday. I called AOL and told them that I wanted to be changed to the new rate and have the unused portion of my subscription refunded. They first told me that they couldn't do this but when I complained they changed their mind. They agreed mak e the change and refund me for 11 months. However, they told me that it would take 2 to 3 billing cycles before they could make the refund. I thought that this was totally ridiculous, but they won't budge from it. Since I didn't want to have the charge just sitting there on my credit card, I contacted my credit card company. They agreed to take my complaint as an overcharge and put it on hold for 30 days and then bounce it back to AOL if they hadn't made it right during that time. I hope I don't lose my account for doing this. We'll see what happens. Bettye
