Hi Pam > Sorry if off topic for AOL but maybe someone knows how to backup Microsoft Outlook contacts to disk? I think that the answer is :- open Microsoft Outlook. select "contacts" from the toolbar on the left-hand side of the page. click on "File". click on "Import and Export" halfway down the "File" menu. in the Wizard, probably select "to a file". after clicking "Next", probably select csv, Microsoft Excel or a similar format.
