Bettye, The problem occurs not just occasionally but each and every time I try to view a photo on a myfamily.com site. I guess I will just use Internet Explorer or my old AOL 8 when I visit a myfamily.com site. Thanks for your response. At least I know I am not the only one who has encountered this problem. I usually just stop trying for the time being and go back later with no problems. I didn't contact AOL because I thought it was a problem with Myfamily.com or just a connection issue. It doesn't happen very often and so I don't think of it as enough of a problem to contact anyone. I'll try using Internet Explorer next time, but I prefer not to use it.
