I will be on the Internet for a while; various. Just click on it, takes several times; eventually it goes away, to pop up later. If clicking on okay doesn't get rid of it, then we just move it out of sight. We have adjusted the start-up to get rid of as much as we can. Virginia In a message dated 6/26/2006 1:06:34 P.M. Thank you for your help. This list is great! ----------- Virginia, What, exactly, were you trying to do when you received this error message? It is a "failure to launch" error (0xc000142) and in some cases it CAN have to do with not enough memory to run the application being launched. Sharon
