My operating system is Windows XP Home. ---------------- Sorry to take so long to answer, but I'm on vacation! I try to check in daily, but these past few days have been crazy and I'm exhausted at night. Anyway............... The following 'operation' is done with the AOL program closed. Open your Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer!) and navigate to & locate the newly installed 9.0 Organize folder. Here is the path on Windows XP: My Computer > C:/ > documents and settings > All users > Application Data > AOL > select your previous AOL > organize Since you just did a new install, your organize folder will most likely be empty. Now Navigate to your desktop (using windows explorer) and open the folder 'AOL saved PFC' by clicking on the little + sign then right click on the organize folder and select 'Copy' Now navigate back to the Organize folder in the AOL program (using windows explorer) and highlight it. Right click and select 'paste.' You can also use drag and drop but I find the Copy and Paste easier! When you click on paste, you will receive the following message: ""Confirm Folder Replace: This folder already contains a folder named organize. If the files in the existing folder have the same name as files in the folder you are moving or copying, they will be replaced. Do you still want to move or copy the folder?"" Your choices for response were: Yes Yes to All No Cancel Select YES ALL this transferring is done using Windows Explorer. Don't try to do any of it directly from the desktop or by opening the AOL program. Sharon
