There seems to be a lot of confusion about how this works. 1. It will not work if your e-mail window is maximized. Look at the three boxes at the right corner -- not the top row, but the next one. On my computer, this line says "File Edit Mail Community...", etc. If the middle of the three little boxes shows what looks like two sheets of paper, good. If it only shows one sheet, you're maximized. Hold the cursor over the middle box, and a balloon should come up saying "Restore Up" or "Restore Down". If the balloon says "Restore Down", click on the box. 2. Now you can drag the edges of the window close to the left and right edges of the screen. Be sure to drag when you see the double-ended arrow. 3. Now grab the top bar of the mail window -- NOT with the double-ended arrow. Just put the cursor on the bar, left-click, and drag the window down until the ads disappear. Then move the cursor up to the top edge of the window, just when it changes to a double-ended up-and-down arrow. Now left-click and drag the top of the screen up as far as you can. Now you should be able to read your e-mail without those @#$%^&* ads! Wilson
