Sharon, First, I finally found the correct link to lodge a complaint. It is keyword "tell us more," not "tell us." My mistake. I just had an online chat with technical support, but it was obvious the guy was just sending me "cookie cutter" responses. What was interesting was that I initially just asked for an email address to lodge a complaint "regarding recent changes to the email window." My exact words. He immediately responded that I must have "a concern about the advertisements on the AOL Read/Write Mail window." That speaks volumes. Anyway, this "technician" stated "The read/write mail ads are selected to offer products and services that might appeal to AOL members. It is not possible to resize or removed the advertisements." He then stated that he would forward to the "appropriate department." When I asked for that email address, he said there wasn't one.
