Joan: I have been closely following your instructions for removing the adds at the bottom of my emails. The most annoying one at the moment is the damn chicken running back and forth. I simply cannot get my screen to do what you suggest. That is, the page moving down to cover the adds. I place my curser at the top and hold it down and move it down the page but nothing happens. I cannot get anything but the curser - no double pointed arrow. Is there something I am doing wrong. Thanks. .......jane, Maryland
