Joan, Dave is complaining, rightly so, about the ads on both the window that lists all emails and the Read/Write Email window. I have not checked the archives as I don't remember when the first issue arose, but if memory serves me correctly...a danger thing...the procedures to hide the ads in both windows are slightly different. For the former, one uses the double-head arrow for all re-sizing, but the latter requires using both the double-headed arrow and the cursor. (At least I had to use both the arrow and cursor for the latter.) Am I correct? Perhaps what is needed is a single posting with a subject line such as "How to Hide the Ads" that details the procedures to hide the ads in both windows.
