Jon- It's a two step process...first resize the window as far as it will expand toward the bottom and then grab the dark blue bar at the top to MOVE the expanded window down to hide the banner ads. It should work as long as the placement of the new ads doesn't mean you are also moving the attach file, spell check and signatures boxes off of the viewable screen. Since I haven't seen the placement of the new ads I can't answer whether that is a problem or not. Joan
