And by the way, with the frustration going on, if one wants to transfer their AOL mail to Outlook Express, by a quirk of Outlook Express, it can be transferred and saved to be *exactly" as received in AOL while included in Outlook Express. The method used to resize the listed mail window, i.e., the window that shows all waiting emails, will not work to resize the window used to read an individual email. When you try to pull down from the top, the white space that shows the email text shrinks, but the banner ad at the bottom will not disappear until you only have 2-4 lines of email text showing.
