How do I rectify this? Lloyd, You can do one of two things. 1) you can change your screen resolution 2) You can use your curser to resize the window. A) Simply use the pointed curser and place it within the top (often blue) bar. Click and hold. B) You can then move the curser towards the top of the screen until you can see the bottom of said screen. Then release the click you are holding on your mouse. C) Now place you curser on the bottom edge of the window until it becomes a 2-sided arrow. Click and hold the 2-sided arrow. D) Now move this curser towards the top of the screen to make the window small enough to fit the area where you want it. When you have it where and the size you want it, release the mouse-click. E) NOW, go to the very top of the AOL screen and click on the menu item called 'Windows' and then select Forget window position and size. NOW go back to that same menu once again and this time click on Remember window position and size. You're done. Sharon
