Thanks Jon. Sorry I forgot to mention I am using Windows XP and I receive Windows automatic updates so I should be up to date. What is strange is that I did not have this problem until I reinstalled AOL 9.0. I still have AOL 8.0 on my computer and I have no problem viewing the photos on myfamily.com when I use it.
