Dave- We just covered this on the list, once you slide the window down to cover the ads THEN you next place your cursor at the top of the dark blue bar on top of your email window and when the cursor turns to a double edged arrow you drag the window and resize it making it as high vertically as you want it. Then as a final measure, once you get the window sized and placed where you want it--bring down the window menu and select REMEMBER WINDOW SIZE and POSITION. Joan
