Sharon, I have Windows XP Professional and it looks like it does that every time I turn the computer on. I only have to go in and delete cookies regularly. When I wanted to scan/defrag a notice popped up that it was analyzing if I needed to defrag or not, and then I got a pop-up notice that it wasn't necessary to defrag at this time. There wasn't anything in the designated folders for scandisk to remove. Everything was at 0 MB. Have you tried a disk cleanup operation and then perhaps a defrag? Sharon
