Marilyn on your taskbar, by the clock/time on your pc there should be an aol icon, you can right click it to find the One click fixes if not, or if you do not have the icon you can look to the top of the aol screen, where it says sign off, sign off but do not close aol. then click help, type into the search" fix it for me" or "auto fix" and there should be some blue highlighted links that will run an auto fix for you.
