Does anyone else have this problem? Is it an AOL problem or a Windows problem? Thanks for any help. Sandy Sandy- The red x in an email generally indicates the graphic file that is embedded (or supposed to be) wasn't sent correctly. On a webpage the red x also represents a graphic file that isn't accessible--either temporarily or because it is missing. You can try reloading the page to see if it comes up the second time around--but it won't always load even then--if it is no longer accessible or the link to it is bad. So it isn't a Windows problem and also isn't an AOL problem--the issue is on the other end. Joan
