I now have to open it manually after boot up is complete by going to the SSC application. I have gone to the AOL techs on two occasions. One had me clear the cookies and the other remove and reinstall the firewall. Neither resolved the problem. I do not have any other firewall operating (Windows XP Firewall turned off). I have AOL 9.0 SE. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, were you able to correct it? Any solutions welcomed! ------- Jerry, The AOL Firewall is supposed to be "always on" unless it's detecting another, active firewall. I prefer ZoneAlarm so my AOL Firewall is not on. Have you used the Computer Check-up feature? I would give that a try and see if it detects anything amiss. Sharon Dulcich
