Thanks, Kaye Larrabee Kaye- When SOME (not all) of the lists were migrated to the new system, if an address was subbed in L and D mode (both modes), the address was transferred over ONLY in D mode in error. This is due to the fact that under the new system a single address cannot be subbed in more than one mode at the same time. We had been told we'd be transferred in L mode--but in some cases we were not. To switch yourself over to L mode go to your list admin tools page for the list and click on Membership Management. Locate your address and remove the check mark uner Digest for your address and click the button to submit the change. To remain subbed in both modes either subscribe an alternate email address (or screen name) to the Digests or subscribe your list admin address to the digests--your admin address is: LISTNAME-admin@rootsweb.com -- be sure to replace the generic word LISTNAME with the actual list name.
