I hope they get fixed for you faster. Joyce I don't know--I never knew there was a limit to dialup access charges when you normally didn't use dialup. I knew you had a specified number of dialup hours free with the broadband plan but I don't recall ever seeing anything about a cap on the charges if you exceeded the limits. I could be wrong through.
